Olympic titans clashed with fierce challengers in Melbourne (AUS) 20-23 February at the first Artistic Gymnastics World Cup event of 2020, the sixth of eight events in the FIG Individual Apparatus World Cup series. With the Games less than six months away, competition was more intense than ever as gymnasts honed in on the Olympic quota places promised to the winners of the series. The result was a battle of wills in which Epke Zonderland (NED), Eleftherios Petrounias (GRE) and Vladislav Poliashov (RUS), among others, emerged triumphant.
